1. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are a customer in any country, you have 30 days to return your item(s) after receiving your order.
You can return most items from our clothing categories, including:
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts: Pullover hoodies, zip-ups, and lightweight sweatshirts.
- T-Shirts: Basic crewnecks, printed tees, and oversized T-shirts.
- Jeans & Denim: Slim-fit jeans, distressed denim, and denim jackets.
- Coats & Jackets: Puffer jackets, parkas, and trench coats.
- Tracksuits & Joggers: Full sets and individual pieces.
- Cargos & Trousers: Versatile options for every occasion.
- Knitwear & Suits: Sweaters, tailored suits, and loungewear.
- Loungewear, Underwear, Socks & Co-ords: Comfortable, everyday essentials.
- The MΛN Collection: Elevated basics, exclusive designs, and trendsetting styles.
Please note the following:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items from categories like underwear, socks, and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, beauty products, and face masks cannot be returned.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
2. FAULTY GOODS
If you find a fault with any item, including those from Hoodies & Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, or other categories, please contact us before returning. Avoid using the faulty item to ensure your eligibility for a refund.
3. CANCELLING A CONTRACT
You can cancel your contract within 30 days of receiving your order. To do so, contact us via:

If you’ve already received your items (e.g., Joggers, Knitwear, or The MΛN Collection items), you must return them to us. A £1.99 return charge will be deducted from your refund.
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Repack your items (ensure all clothing, such as coats, jeans, and loungewear, are unworn and in original condition).
- Login to the returns portal and process your return.
- Post your package and retain proof of postage.
- Track your return via the provided details.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Underwear & Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed).
- Pierced jewelry.
- Grooming products and beauty items.
- Fashion masks.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Returns of items from The MΛN Collection, Cargos, or other categories will be processed within 7 working days of their arrival at our warehouse. Refunds will then take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account.
7. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges for items, such as knitwear or sets & co-ords. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. POP-UP STORE AND TIKTOK RETURNS
Items from ThreadAvenueLtd’s pop-up stores can only be returned if faulty. For items purchased on TikTok Shop, refer to the platform’s returns and refund terms.
